Responsibility:
1. Coordinate the development, evaluation and auditing of suppliers in the early stage, and establish a supplier resource database.
2. Be responsible for supplier access, purchase contracts, business negotiations and performance management;
3. Establish and improve the supplier evaluation system and standards to assess the quality, delivery, price, service and credit of suppliers;
4. Participate in the material selection of new products and key projects, conduct market analysis of key materials, identify risks in advance and formulate solutions;
5. Keep abreast of market conditions in a timely manner, effectively control costs, and promote localization;
6. Material price management (PIR management, Should Be cost analysis, project material comparison with bid prices).
Competency requirements:
a) Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, materials science or related;
b) Relevant negotiation skills and supplier development capability;
c) Be familiar with the electrical industry and understand market changes in technology and costs;
d) Good English, can read and write email by English;
e) Good communication and coordination skills, be self-motivated and result-oriented.
