Essential duties and responsibilities:
· Secretarial/Administrative Support: Provision of day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to BUHR Head and TA Head
o Coordinate and schedule appointments
o Screen correspondence (including mail, phone calls, expenses, email – limited access, and other material)
o Preparation of expense claims reports.
o Utilize Microsoft office applications to complete team meeting documents
· Travel coordination:
o Organize and coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
· Meeting Management:
o Coordinate agenda for meetings and take and transcribe minutes of meeting
· Team support
o Organize team meetings
o Working with BUHRs to support talent development programs
o Team building planning.
o Logistic support.
Job Requirements
Essential knowledge and skills:
· 2+ year experience in a similar role
· Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, office
· Fluent in English
