工作職責： 1獨立制定項目開發計劃，管理項目的運行狀態，協調與項目相關的內部、外部的各項資源；Make project plan and manage project run status, Integrate all the related internal and outer source independently; 2.根據里程碑，管控項目完成狀態, 主導項目開發各個階段的評定；Following project complete status according project schedule and In charge of evaluating project every phase summary; 3.客戶與公司內部信息周轉的窗口；Be a communication bridge between customer and inner. 工作期望 1.在項目開發過程中，能夠識別潛在的風險，利用現有資源消除風險；Be able to identify the potential risk and remove it via the present source during the development process. 2在項目開發過程中，能夠識別可提升項目，在項目開發初期進行優化，達到開發完成后，得到***質量的產品及最優的生產過程；Be able identify the potential improvement project during the development, and optimize it on the early of development, thereby can realize the best quality and process. 3. 可以培訓項目工程師及輔助部門經理/ Can train project engineer and support department manager sometimes. 素質要求 1.本科以上學歷，至少5年以上汽車零部件項目管理工作經驗；Education background must be bachelor or above, and the auto parts project management experience must be more than 5 years. 2.較強的協調和組織能力；Strong organization and coordination ability. 3.熟悉產品生產工藝（沖壓、焊接、輥壓……）；Be familiar with product technology(punching、welding、rolling…) 4.精通產品開發及認可流程（APQP+PPAP）；Master the flow of product development (APQP+PPAP) 5.英語可以作為工作語言；English can be as work language.
