To support our client and our team wherever needed. Our target is to keep delivering the best work. 日常項目細節的管理。客戶支持和團隊支持工作。我們的目標是持續地交付最出色的工作成果。 Key Tasks and Responsibilities你將承擔起： l Effective project management and delivery of consistently high standard of client service measured through client and internal team feedback. 有效管理項目，并能夠持續提供高水準的讓客戶和內部團隊同時滿意的客戶服務。 l Assisting client service director with writing proposals, briefs, presentations and quotations. 協助客戶服務總監起草項目提案、簡介、演講文案以及報價單。 l Planning and taking responsibility with overall project timelines. Planning resources for each project with client service director. 負責規劃和管控項目時間表。協助客戶服務總監規劃項目資源。 l Carry out all project admin, including market research, visual stimulus, mock-ups are organized and delivered on time. 執行所有與項目相關的管理工作，包括市場調研、視覺印象板、實物模型的制作和按時交付。 l Managing client feedbacks and expectations. 管理客戶的反饋和期望 l Make sure all team members have appropriate information at each stage. 確保在每個階段都能將客戶信息正確地傳達給團隊成員 l Arranging internal and external meetings effectively and write meeting minutes in a timely manner. 有效地安排公司內部和外部會議，及時地撰寫會議記錄。 l Give support on pitches where needed. 需要時提供設計競標的協助工作。 l Contributing and achieving revenue targets. 創建并致力于達成公司的業務目標。 l Build strong relationship with client contacts. Understand clients’ organization and their business strategies. 與客戶方的聯系人建立扎實的合作關系，了解客戶的組織結構和商業策略。 l Ensure project requirements are organized smoothly and delivered on time. 確保項目需求能有序及時地得到處理和解決。 l Write case studies after the projects are closed. 項目結束后撰寫項目案列分析。 l Take part in brainstorms and creative process. 積極參與項目的頭腦風暴和創意過程。 Requirements我們需要這樣的你： l B.A degree in Business Administration, Management or Marketing. 大學本科或以上，企業管理或市場營銷專業畢業 l 3-5 years in Advertising, design agencies or marketing department. 3到5年在廣告、設計公司或市場部門工作的經驗 l Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese. 中英文聽說讀寫流利 l Have knowledge of brand management and brand strategy, marketing strategy, research and FMCG. 對于品牌管理、品牌策略、市場策略、市場調研以及快速消費品行業有一定的了解 l Superior presentation and written skills. 優秀的口頭演講能力和書面表達能力 l Strong attention to details. 十分關注細節 l Strong project management skills. 較強的項目管理能力 l Highly independent with strong interpersonal skills. 高度獨立處理問題的能力以及優異的人際交往能力 l Passionate about branding.
