職位描述： –Review design job for engineer and provide correction list and comment on design improvement , follow up implementation on feed back . 為工程師提供校正表和設計改進意見審查設計工作，跟進實施反饋。 –Communicate with customer and in-house related department . 與客戶和公司內部相關部門的溝通。 –Review lesson learnt activity and prepare relevant reports . 審核Lesson learnt和準備相關報告 –To understand any abnormal, defect analysis, if design issue, work with design to fix it, if process issue, work with process and other departments if indeed to fix it. 了解任何異常，缺陷分析，如果設計的問題，與設計一起處理，如果工藝問題，與生產和其他部門一起真正的解決它。 –To lead any customer complain in FA stage. 處理FA階段任何客戶投訴。 –To summary the QIP and follow up the process troubles if be closed before next build. 在下一個批次前，總結QIP和跟進工藝問題是否解決。 職位要求： –Familiar with PCB/FPCB Design and production/process workflow . 熟悉PCB/FPCB設計和生產/工藝流程 –With flex process experience at least 2-5 years or above 5 years in PCB manufacturing. Flex工藝工作經驗至少2-5年以上在PCB制造業5年。 –Fluent in English. 英語流利 –Engineering experiences are required. 有相關工程經驗 –Familiar with AutoCAD and CAM software. 熟悉CAM, AutoCAD 軟件的應用 –B.S. degree in Engineering( Electronics/Mechanical) 工程學士（電子/機械） -Master quality-tools such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA,MSA etc. 掌握APQP, SPC, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA五大工具 –know RoHS 了解RoHS
