崗位職責：? 1. 熟悉貨代操作的相關流程。 2. 對公司自有集裝箱進行日常管理和跟蹤，更新、匯總集裝箱動態。 3. 負責公司日常修箱管理和審批工作，包括退租箱維修核議及成本控制；及時更新公司箱管系統，完成相關箱管報表的制作，統計箱量，收集整理相關數據并分析相關箱管費用的統計、追索工作。 4. 通過電話、郵件等方式與海外代理及時溝通，銜接工作并配合他們遠程解決棘手問題。 5. 監督公司自有箱的周轉情況，監督和管理場外箱的運轉，包括在國內和海外場堆場箱的運轉、超期箱清理及空箱調配工作。 6. 提供及協助對全損租箱、全損自有箱損壞、滅失自備箱租箱的索賠統計工作。 任職要求： 1. 本科及以上學歷，物流、交通運輸、航運等相關專業。 2. 熟練運用Word、Excel等辦公軟件。 3. 善于處理流程性事務，認真細心，思路清晰，對數字敏感。 4. 具有良好的溝通交際能力，較強的責任心和團隊精神。 5. 正直、團結、精進; Job Responsibilities： 1.Familiar with the operational processes of freight forwarding. 2.Manage and track the company's own containers on a daily basis, update and summarize the container status. 3.Handle daily container repair management and approval, including return container maintenance review and cost control; timely update the company's container management system, complete related container management reports, count container quantities, collect and organize related data, and analyze related container management costs for statistics and recovery work. 4.Promptly communicate with overseas agents via phone and e-mail, coordinate work, and assist them in solving difficult problems remotely. 5.Supervise the turnover of the company's own containers, supervise and manage external containers, including operation, overdue container clearance and empty container allocation in domestic and overseas depots. 6.Provide and assist with compensation statistics for fully damaged leased containers, fully damaged owned containers, lost owned containers, and leased containers.
