崗位職責:
1、 業務團隊組建、管理、優化,培訓新員工、建立新老員工師徒體系;
2、 分解團隊銷售目標,制定詳細目標落地計劃,整合相關資源和團隊合作,完成公司下達的個人及團隊銷售業績指標,對業務團隊和業務目標負責;
3、 深入理解公司產品及業務發展方向,及時向組員傳遞公司信息,反饋團隊情況;
4、 對部門應收賬款負責,監督對口客戶的付款情況,做好收款工作,杜絕呆滯賬款或者壞賬;
5、 協助管理層制定銷售戰略、銷售目標、銷售模式、銷售預算;
6、 編制年度預算和月度管理報告,負責年度、月度業績目標的分解追蹤和分析管理等,確保業績及各指標的達成;
7、 完善優化業務部門業務流程,及時發現問題并提出解決方案;
8、 完成上級領導安排的其他工作;
任職要求:
1、五年以上國際貨代從業經驗及三年以上銷售團隊管理經驗;
2、具有豐富的客戶資源和客戶關系,業績優秀;
3、具有良好的商業意識,具有開發新市場的能力,良好的人際交往能力;
4、具有較強的市場分析、營銷、推廣能力和良好的人際溝通、協調能力,問題的分析和解決能力;
5、能獨立帶領團隊拓展業務,銷售規劃、團隊管理思路清晰,且經驗豐富;
Sales manager
Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
1.More than five years of international freight forwarding experience and
more than three years of sales team management experience.
