崗位職責： 1、負責并參與公司質量體系的建立，維護與改善 responsible for maintaining and revising the quality system 2、負責前期質量質量門的設置，參與APQP開發流程，封存標準樣件與極限樣件 responsible for creating the quality gates of the product design process, manufacturing process and participating other events in the APQP process. Making the standard products and extreme products 3、按照不合格品處理流程對不合格品進行判定，處理，并組織更新相應控制計劃,PFEMA與lessons learned; to gauge and process the defective products accoriding to the quality control process and resposnible to revise corresponding PFEMA ,control plan and lessons learned 4、負責過程質量的監控，使用SPC的方法監控過程穩定性，并依據控制計劃編寫的檢驗指導書進行檢驗與讓步放行的判定 Responsible for monitoring the process stability with SPC method; and to monitor the product quality based upon check WI from control plan 5、負責售后問題的處理與客戶投訴，出具相應的8D報告與售后問題的跟蹤，解決，關閉，預防性措施 responsible for handling customer complaints and reporting 8D;making sure the problems are closed in time and relevent preventive measures are taken . 5:團隊培訓與績效管理 managing the team and making sure the training and objectives are fulfilled 任職要求： 1、本科及以上學歷； 2、英語口語能作為工作語言者優先； 3、3年以上汽車或汽車零部件行業質量經驗，有線束產品質量經驗優先；
