Operations Buyer Report to: Purchasing Manager Objectives & Keys Tasks Generates downstream productivity and value (in line with category strategy): ? Manages day to day activities on Purchasing families for the Purchasing Center he belongs to, according to category strategies. ? Proposes and leads local productivity plan and value creation from RP4 (Mass production starting) ? Deploy productivity plan from Category leaders for current year and N+1 N+2 coming years ? Ensures implementation of purchasing action plans in sites / coordination with sites ? Participates into the SRM process ? Interacts with Purchasing community: participates to strategy definition with the category leaders; works with SEB Asia for Asian suppliers. Education & Qualifications ? Education ? Engineering, Business or Purchasing degree ? At least 5 years of experience in industrial activities (R&D, Quality, Logistics, Operations …) in a direct purchasing function. ? Skills & Expertise required ? Comfortable in transversal working and project management in international context ? Simplify complexity, show initiative, accountability and agility ? Seek for continuous improvement to maximise performance ? Fluent in English
