Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance plans for offshore equipment. Coordinate maintenance activities with offshore teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and optimize scheduling. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. Plan and schedule major equipment overhauls, inspections, and repairs. Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement for maintenance needs. Provide technical support to offshore maintenance teams. Prepare reports on maintenance performance, downtime analysis, and reliability improvements.
