1、進出口賬務管理Import and Export Accounting Management? 負責藥品進出口業務的賬務處理，包括收入確認、成本核算、費用報銷及往來賬款管理。 Manage accounting operations for pharmaceutical import/export, including revenue recognition, cost accounting, expense reimbursement, and accounts receivable/payable. 2、國際結算與外匯管理International Settlement and Foreign Exchange Management? 處理信用證（L/C）、電匯（T/T）等國際貿易支付方式，監控外匯匯率波動并優化結匯策略。 Handle international payment methods (L/C, T/T), monitor FX rate fluctuations, and optimize foreign exchange strategies. 3、稅務與關務合規Tax and Customs Compliance? 負責進出口關稅數據核對、增值稅（VAT）、出口退稅申報及稅務籌劃，確保符合中國及目標市場法規（如FDA、GMP）。 Manage customs duties checking, VAT, export tax rebates, and tax planning, ensuring compliance with Chinese and international regulations (e.g., FDA, GMP). 4、財務分析與風險控制?Financial analysis and risk control ? 編制進出口業務財務報表，分析利潤率、現金流及成本結構，識別匯率、信用及合規風險并制定應對方案。 Prepare financial reports, analyze profitability/cash flow, and mitigate risks (FX, credit, compliance). 5、跨部門協作Cross-departmental Collaboration? 任職要求 (Qualifications)? 1、財務、會計或國際貿易專業本科及以上學歷，持有會計中級/CPA/ACCA或同等證書優先。 Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/International Trade; Accounting Intermediate /CPA/ACCA preferred. 2、3年以上進出口貿易財務經驗，熟悉藥品行業者優先。 3+ years in import/export finance; pharmaceutical industry experience a plus. 3、精通國際貿易術語（Incoterms 2020）、外匯管理及ERP系統（如SAP、Oracle）。 Proficient in Incoterms 2020, FX management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). 4、熟悉中國海關法規、美國FDA及歐盟GMP等藥品進出口合規要求。 Knowledge of customs regulations, FDA, EU GMP, and pharmaceutical compliance. 5、英文流利，可熟練撰寫英文財務報告。 Fluent in English for financial reporting and communication. 6、加分項 (Preferred Skills)? 熟悉藥品冷鏈物流成本核算或國際仲裁糾紛處理經驗。 Experience in cold chain logistics costing or international trade dispute resolution. 與采購、銷售、物流部門協同，確保財務可行性及合規性。 Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics for financial viability.
