【崗位職責】 1. Lead projects development from kick-off to mass production for automotive Passive / TFT display, touch module and passive modules (領導汽車Passive / TFT顯示器，觸摸模塊和單色模塊項目從啟動到量產) 2. Lead project team consisting of Design & Development, Process & Production, Quality and Sales & Marketing (領導項目團隊，包括設計與開發，工藝，生產，質量，銷售與營銷人員) 3. Responsible for customers demand on product specification and development schedule (負責滿足客戶需求包括制定產品規格和開發進度) 4. Secure product quality and productivity before mass production (批量生產前確保產品質量和可生產性) 5. Product cost control (產品成本控制) 【任職資格】 學歷：本科及以上 專業：電子,光學或機械相關專業 外語： CET-6 或以上 工作經驗要求: 1. Working experience in Passive / TFT Design & Development for automotive ; EE or Optical engineering or Mechanical engineering (汽車Passive / TFT設計與開發方面的工作經驗;電子工程或光學工程或機械工程) 2. Project management experience for automotive : APQP development & PPAP (汽車項目管理經驗：熟悉APQP和PPAP) 3. Good communication skill(良好的溝通技巧) 4. Fluent English and Mandarin (流利的英語和普通話) 5. Gentle and logical attitude (具有溫和的態度和邏輯思維)
