? Prepare architectural Design Brief; assist to prepare other Design Briefs. ? Prepare tender for design consultant. Assess tender documents and prepare tender reports. ? Review architectural design and technical drawings. Assist to review drawings from other disciplines. ? Develop and manage the design schedules. ? Prepare presentation documents. ? Assess technical tender for main contractor/sub-contractors. ? conduct regular/daily site checks to assist construction team for on-site implementation of design & quality of work ? Establish quality control procedure & its enforcement ? Liaise with local authorities on matters related to approvals. Prepare relevant documents. ? Assess final account on related items. ?
