About the role: As a shipping manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising daily domestic and international shipping documents, processes, and other matters, and controlling the risks that may arise during daily domestic and international transportation, as well as import and export. Allocate logistics and warehouse resources, make and establish logistics warehousing data reports, timely report problems and actively seek solutions, and coordinate the work inside and outside the department.
作為運輸經理,你將負責管理監督日常國內外運輸文件、流程等事宜,把控日常國內外運輸以及進出口可能出現的風險。調配物流和倉庫資源,制作并建立物流倉儲數據報表,及時匯報出現的問題并積極尋求解決方案,協調部門內外的工作。
RESPONSIBILITIES 職責:
- Familiar with the documents required in the import and export process, and can independently issue customs declaration and customs clearance documents
- Communicate with suppliers and collect all kinds of shipping documents required for shipment
- Coordinate shipments with other departments
- Prepare logistics work, and be responsible for the formulation and management of overall logistics operation solutions, an logistics planning of key products
- Manage and control the logistics timeliness, responsible for logistics exception handling, claim processing, order tracking, etc;
Continuously optimize logistics channels and costs, and optimize logistics ERP systems and processes;
- Responsible for the management of domestic warehousing and transportation service providers, and integrate existing warehousing and transportation resources;
- Understand the market dynamics of the industry, formulate reasonable shipping strategies, and avoid shipment risks
- Give correct instructions to the warehouse, and regularly check with the warehouse to check the situation of the goods in the warehouse
- Coordinate work between factories, warehouses and shipping;
- Responsible for the operation management of warehousing and distribution, as well as the application management of warehouse distribution management system;
- Establish and implement warehouse distribution management system, operation standards and processes;
- Responsible for the establishment of warehouse distribution safety system.

與供應商溝通以及收集出運時所需要的各類出運文件
與其他部門協調出運事宜
統籌物流工作,負責物流整體運營解決方案制定及管理,做好重點產品的物流規劃工作
對物流時效進行管理與控制,負責物流異常處理,索賠處理,訂單跟蹤等
持續優化物流渠道及成本,優化物流ERP系統及流程
負責國內倉儲及運輸服務商的管理。整合現有的倉儲及運輸資源
了解行業市場動態,制定合理出貨策略,規避出貨風險
下達正確的指令給倉庫,定期與倉庫盤點核實在倉物品情況
協調工廠、各個倉庫以及船運之間的工作
負責倉儲、配送的運營管理,以及倉配管理系統的應用管理
制定并具體實施倉配管理制度、操作標準及流程
負責建立倉配安全體系
REQUIREMENTS:崗位要求:
- College degree or above,major in logistics, transportation, warehousing and other related majors;
- More than 5 years of international transportation experience, more than 2 year of logistics management work experience;
- Familiar with international bulk cargo and cross-border small parcel transportation, as well as import and export customs issues;
- Experienced in cooperation and daily operation with 3PL warehouses and being familiar with the communication, the processes and haw to run daily business with an external warehouse service provider
- Warehouse management experience related to the integration of warehousing and distribution is preferred
- Experience in bonded warehouse operation is preferred
- Good cross-departmental communication skills and team management skills

-Good English reading, writing and speaking skills

大專以上學歷,物流、運輸、倉儲等相關專業
5年以上國際運輸經驗,2年以上物流管理崗位工作經驗
熟悉國際貨物大宗貨物和跨境小件包裹運輸,以及進出口關務
具備有與倉庫的合作和日常運營方面的經驗,熟悉與外部倉庫服務提供商的溝通,流程和日常業務
具有較強的數據分析和解決問題的能力
有貿易公司或者跨國采購辦事處物流部經驗優先
倉配一體相關的倉儲管理經驗優先考慮
有保稅倉操作經驗者優先
良好的跨部門溝通能力和團隊管理能力
熟練應用辦公室軟件
良好的英文聽說讀寫能力
