心理咨詢二級心理咨詢師
Essential requirements:
- Qualification certificate of psychological counselor: hold a nationally certified psychological counselor qualification certificate.
- 2+ years experience of providing individual and group counselling services in a school setting and/or to children in a clinical setting
- Specialized knowledge in mental health education, including common psychological problems, psycho-educational methods, etc.
- Organised, outcome-focused, team player, positive but realistic
- Fluent in Mandarin to native level – so basically a local staff position, or overseas Chinese staff position in some special case
- English skills for daily use in the school, and for communicating with teachers etc., but not required for the actual counselling sessions which can be delivered in Mandarin.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in psychology or related field.
- Teacher's qualification certificate
- (for leadership) skills and experience in leading a team
