崗位職責：

1.Responsible for the initiation, execution, and reporting of donation projects; 2.Responsible for the content creation and writing of the daily news, promotions, and donation stories for the Foundation, as well as the planning and operation of the official website, WeChat platforms; 3.Participate in the planning, organization, and implementation of activities related to the Foundation's brand promotion; 4.Participate in the establishment, management, and maintenance of the Foundation's project management system; 5.Complete other tasks assigned by the department leaders.

1.負責捐贈項目的立項、跟進執行、項目報告撰寫等； 2.負責基金會日常新聞、宣傳文案、捐贈故事等相關內容的撰寫與整理，以及官網、微信等平臺的建設與運營； 3.參與基金會品牌宣傳推廣相關的活動策劃、組織和實施； 4.參與基金會項目管理系統的建設、管理與維護； 5.完成部門領導交辦的其他工作。

任職要求：

1.Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Candidates with experience in university foundations, social organizations, brand marketing, project management, or resource expansion will be preferred; 2.Proficient in Office, Photoshop, video editing, and layout design tools for social media; 3.Strong sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn, and innovation; 4.Fluency in both Chinese and English, with strong oral communication and written skills; 5.Good communication skills, strong team spirit and stress resistance. This position requires an English interview and a written test.

1.本科及以上學歷，具有8年及以上工作經驗，有高校基金會、社會組織或品牌宣傳、項目管理、資源拓展等相關工作經驗者優先； 2.熟悉Office、Photoshop、視頻剪輯、公眾號排版等工具； 3.具有較強的責任心、學習意識和創新意識； 4.具備較強的中英文口語、寫作能力； 5.具備良好的工作溝通、表達能力、團隊合作精神以及較強的抗壓能力。 此崗位需要英文面試+筆試。
