崗位職責
1. 課程信息管理:負責專業培養方案和課程信息的收集和維護,確保信息的完整性和準確性;
2. 課程記錄與報告:整理和管理各類課程記錄文件和報告;系統組織和歸檔課程記錄;
3. 課程信息系統管理:錄入和管理課程相關數據,定期更新和維護系統中的課程信息,確保信息準確性;
4. 課程教學記錄跟蹤:跟蹤課程教學進度,生成并定期報告課程進度;
5. 課程檔案管理:負責課程檔案系統的管理,專業化保存所有課程相關文件和記錄,確保課程檔案安全且易于訪問;
6. 完成部門領導安排的其他工作;
7. 遵守學校規章制度,服從工作安排,完成考核文件規定的工作。
1. Curriculum and course information management: Responsible for collecting and maintaining curriculum and course data, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all information;
2. Course records and report: Organize and manage various course-related records and reports and systematically archive course documentation to support university administration;
3. Course information system management: Enter and manage course-related data, regularly updating and maintaining the accuracy of course information within the system;
4. Course teaching record tracking: Follow and document course delivery, and generate regular reports for administrative record-keeping;
5. Course Archive Management: Manage the course archive system by professionally preserving all course-related documents and records, ensuring both their security and accessibility;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisors;
7. Perform duties in accordance with the university’s rules and regulations, adhere to work arrangements, and complete tasks as outlined in the assessment requirements.
任職要求
? 本科或以上學歷;
? 至少5年相關工作經驗,在高等教育機構具有教務管理經驗者優先;
? 具備優秀的中英文表達與寫作能力;
? 熟練賬務辦公軟件,具備良好的數據庫管理和信息系統操作技能;
? 熟悉高教課程管理流程,具備較強的數據管理和分析能力;
? 具有良好的項目管理能力、較強的學習和適應能力、團隊合作精神,善于溝通和協作,注重細節,能夠在緊張的時間框架內高質量地完成任務。
? A full-time bachelor’s degree or above;
? A minimus of 5 years relevant working experience; candidates with teaching administration experience in higher education institutions will be given preference;
? Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English;
? Proficiency in office software, along with strong database management and the operation of information systems.
? Familiar with curriculum and course management process in higher education, with good data management and analysis capabilities;
? Strong project management skills, adaptability, team spirit, effective communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
