工作性質與范圍:
按照冶金事業部帶鋼冷軋及處理線工作要求:
· 根據客戶技術需求組織、準備、審核技術方案/規格書
· 根據和客戶澄清的技術方案準備有競爭力的預算/報價
· 與客戶交流澄清技術問題并與總部溝通確定方案的可行性
· 結合客戶的詢價文件及本公司模板準備、審核最終報價/標書
· 技術澄清、交流和商業談判(完成并審核最終的技術規格書)
· 發揮個人技術優勢,與客戶建立并保持牢固的合作關系,并持續深入客戶關系最終拿下項目合同
主要職責:
· 主導/編制技術規格書,與事業部首席技術官和技術專家溝通,選擇合適的技術參考,為客戶準備技術方案介紹,在用戶現場進行項目技術交流和產品演示,編制成本計算表和項目進度表
· 整合資源并建立良好的客戶關系,制定贏標策略,并向目標行業/客戶推廣解決方案
· 專注于新產品和技術推廣和客戶群體的開發、維護關鍵客戶并有一定板帶供應商關系,能熟悉板帶精整設備市場制作行情,并能根據規格書和供貨范圍進行成本核價工作
· 與總部技術專家配合完成所有相關工藝計算
· 與客戶保持良好的關系并積極響應客戶需求,識別和開發新的潛在客戶,銷售事業部所有產品和服務
任職要求:
· 在帶鋼處理線領域擁有扎實的工程或綜合技術背景,能夠從技術角度為客戶提供便利的解決方案,有從事過硅鋼和汽車高強鋼項目者優先
· 具備較強責任心,能夠跳出思維定勢,有創新想法,激勵利益相關者,了解競爭對手之間的技術差異,以優化我們的方案
· 收集、總結能力強,在此基礎上形成有力的證據證明我們技術解決方案的合理性和先進性
· 具備項目需求管理能力,能夠與客戶討論、交流技術解決方案,并意識到該方案可能存在的潛在的相關影響
· 掌握事業部產品及產品組合技術知識以及競爭對手的關鍵技術差異
· 抗壓能力強,帶領團隊共同協作并富有激情
· 英語能作為工作語言者優先
Nature and Scope:
Follow schedule throughout metals flat cold rolling and processing sector:
· Organize, prepare and review technical offers/ technical specifications
· Prepare competitive budgets/quotes based on technical solutions clarified with clients
· Clarify technical question with customer and communicate with HQ to determine the feasibility of the proposal
· Prepare and review offers/bidding in accordance with the template requested by customers
· Negotiate technically and commercially (including completion and review of the final T&S)
· Establish and build strong client relationships based on flawless technical credibility Expand customer prospecting network
Key Responsibilities:
· Drives / manages the full preparation of Technical Proposals, interacts with sector CTO and Metals Technology experts to select adequate technical references/analogies/standards and prepare technically convincing client presentations and prepares costing sheets as well as tentative project schedule
· Integrate resources and establish sound customer relationships, formulate winning bidding strategies, and promote solutions to target industries/clients
· Focuses on designated sales objectives, development of new products, maintaining key clients and supplier relationships, and resolving specific customer issues. Lead to prepare, calculate and obtain all documents for technical proposals and corresponding costing in due time
· Collaborate with technical HQ experts to complete all relevant process calculations
· Maintain good relationships with customers and actively respond to customer needs, identify and develop new potential customers, and sell all products and services of the division
Qualifications:
· Solid Engineering or mixed technical background within flat product, and be able to convenience customer from technical side; Priority consideration will be given to those who have worked on projects related to Silicon Steel and Auto High-Strength Steel
· Strong sense of responsibility, able to think out of the box, to generate new ideas, to animate stakeholders to generate such ideas, understand what technical differentiators between competitors can be to optimize our own proposals
· Capable of collecting, summarizing, and forming strong evidence to prove the rationality and advance of technical solutions/proposal
· Ability to manage project requirements, able to discuss technical solutions with customer and is aware of the potential corresponding impacts
· Technical Knowledge of sector portfolio and key technical differentiators from competitors
· Stress resistant and lead team to collaborate effectively with passion
· English as a working language preferred
