Job Responsibilities – ? Working closely with design teams, factories and suppliers to develop collections of leather handbags and small leather goods from concept to samples ? Following up production and delivery schedules of development, proto and salesman samples to ensure timely deliveries and quality samples ? Checking standards, colors, construction and quality of samples in all stages to ensure alignment of colors and standards of the collection ? Inspecting sample leather when required ? Providing technical advice to resolve any issues relating to product development and sampling ? Performing ad hoc duties assigned Job Requirements – ? No less than 8 years’ experience of product development of branded leather handbags and small leather goods ? Experience of working directly with overseas designers for product development execution ? Excellent technical knowledge of construction and production process of leather fashion handbags and small leather goods ? Good knowledge of materials including leather,PU, trims and hardware, etc ? Familiar with fashion trends of handbags and small leather goods ? Good eyes to colors and follow through details ? Good communication skills, well organized and a team player ? Good command of English and Chinese ? Travelling to factories & suppliers required
