崗位職責： 1. 設計并教授金融相關課程，包括但不限于金融市場、投資分析、風險管理等。 2. 制作課程視頻，參與直播授課，與學員進行互動。 3. 根據學員反饋不斷優化課程內容，提高教學質量。 4. 參與市場調研，了解行業動態，及時調整課程設置。 任職要求： 1. 本科及以上學歷，金融、經濟等相關專業背景。 2. 具備豐富的金融知識和實踐經驗，能夠獨立授課。 3. 有良好的溝通能力和表達能力，能夠有效激勵學員。 4. 具備直播授課或錄播經驗者優先考慮。 薪資待遇： 1. 試用期薪資按課結算，另有績效傭金。 2. 轉正后享受五險一金及基礎薪資加固。 3. 提成傭金，根據課程銷售情況進行分配。 4. 表現優秀者有機會調往香港工作。 工作地點：可遠程辦公，具體安排面談。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Design and teach finance-related courses, including but not limited to financial markets, investment analysis, risk management, etc. 2. Produce course videos, participate in live teaching sessions, and interact with students. 3. Continuously optimize course content based on student feedback to improve teaching quality. 4. Participate in market research, stay updated on industry trends, and adjust course offerings accordingly. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, or related fields. 2. Extensive knowledge and practical experience in finance, capable of teaching independently. 3. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to effectively motivate students. 4. Prior experience in live or recorded teaching is preferred. Compensation and Benefits: 1. During the probation period, salary is paid per course, with additional performance bonuses. 2. After probation, enjoy basic salary plus performance bonuses, along with social security and housing fund benefits. 3. Commission based on course sales. 4.
