Responsibilities: ? Handling of the material acquisition cycle, quality, quantity and services meet the requirements of the project, also in regard to the project schedule. ? Ensure all related MTO Dates are entered into MARIAN system, correctly and completely. ? Provide all needed Material Reports in accordance to the requirements (internal/external). ? Support the development of the project schedule and the execution of the project regarding material management matters. ? Continually monitor material requirements and deliveries to ensure availability of material for each stage of project execution. ? Develops quantity takeoffs for a discipline or specialty using defined documents or undefined scope assumptions. Verifies quantities provided by others. ? Prepares specific budgets in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.
