Job Purpose
To ensure accurate cost tracking, and production efficiency through advanced SAP P96 expertise, while serving as a key liaison between local operations and global finance teams in an English-speaking environment. ________________________________________
Key Responsibilities
1. Standard costing and inventory valuation:
? Lead annual standard cost calculation in alignment with corporate policies.
? Monitor production variances (material usage, labor efficiency) and identify improvement opportunities.
? Keep tracking BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy in SAP P96 and update standard costs for engineering changes.
? Conduct inventory valuation, reconcile physical counts, and address discrepancies
2. Profitability analysis:
? Conduct customer/product profitability analysis (COPA) to support pricing strategies.
3. SAP P96 System Management
? Lead monthly cost closing in SAP P96 (including WIP calculation, overhead allocation, and variance settlement).
3. Cross-functional collaboration:
? Partner with production to Identify and resolve abnormal orders, ensure timely closure of completed orders, analyze root causes for overdue orders.
? Partner with supply chain to optimize inventory levels and reduce obsolescence risks.

Mandatory Requirements
1. Technical Skills
? SAP P96/P86 hands-on experience:
o Must be proficient in production order settlement and profitability analysis (COPA).
o Capable of independently configuring Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO).
? Costing experience:
o Proficient in standard costing methodologies.
o Familiar with "weighting average" stock valuation method and know the basic logic of stock price variance calculation and allocation
2. Education and Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Commercial, Accounting or related.
? Industry experience: Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience in R&D-intensive manufacturing enterprises
? CPA、CMA or SAP CO certification is preferred
? Experience in MNC is preferred
3. Language Proficiency
? Written English: Ability to draft cross-departmental SOP documents and global cost analysis reports (English writing samples required).
? Spoken English: Capable of participating in global finance meetings
