Key Responsibilities 1. Business Performance Analysis ? Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews (MBR/QBR) with KPIs: ? Develop what-if scenario models for pricing, capex, and supply chain decisions 2. Financial Planning & Forecasting ? Conduct annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts (P&L, cash flow, working capital) ? Analyze variance vs. plan (actuals vs. forecast) and provide actionable insights 3. Compliance & Internal Control ? Drive local team to fully comply with corporate accounting policy and internal control manual. ? Ensure data integrity in financial systems (SAP, GPS/TMR, FAST etc.) 4. R&D Project control: ? Analyze design-to-cost feasibility and provide cost input for new product development (NPD) in between each Gate meeting. ? Collaborate with R&D teams to track project costs (prototyping, testing) and align with budget. 5. Audit Coordination ? Lead audit preparation ? Facilitate audit execution ? Maintain audit trails 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration ? Work with SSC to resolve intercompany reconciliation issues, standardize month-end closing checklists ? Partner with Local team to validate capital project spends ? Identify key control points and proactively collaborate with relevant departments to drive corresponding process optimization, as well as implement risk prevention measures. ________________________________________ Mandatory Requirements 1. Technical Skill ? Advanced Excel (Pivot table, Power Query) ? SAP FICO basics 2. Education & Qualification: ? Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Commercial, Accounting or related. ? Industry experience: Minimum 3 years of similar work experience in R&D-intensive manufacturing enterprises ? CPA、CMA is preferred ? Experience in MNC is preferred 3. Analytical Skills: ? Strong business acumen (ability to link financial & operational data) ? Experience with competitor/industry benchmarking 4. Language Proficiency ? Written English: Ability to draft cross-departmental SOP documents and global cost analysis reports (English writing samples required). ? Spoken English: Capable of participating in global finance meetings
