1.Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones,resource allocation, and budgets, to guide project execution.
2.Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address concerns or issues promptly.
3.Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions to project timelines and objectives.
4.Team Coordination: Coordinate and motivate cross functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals, priorities, and deadlines.
5.Quality Assurance: Establish quality standards and processes to ensure that deliverables meet the required specifications and exceed client expectations.
6.Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking variances and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure financial objectives are met.
7.Agile Methodologies: Implement agile methodologies and frameworks to enable iterative development, continuous improvement, and flexibility in project execution.
8.Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records to ensure transparency and accountability.
Education & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
Qualifications
Proven experience (3+ years) in technical project management, preferably for
complex devices (mechanics, electronics, software)
Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project or the like.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies,including agile and waterfall.
Skills & Expertise required
English language fluently, good communication skills Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
Self motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning。
