HRSSC Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the HR Shared Services Center including payroll and HRIS, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of various HR services to meet the needs of the company and its employees, and will play a crucial role in enhancing employee satisfaction, optimizing processes, and improving service quality and efficiency.
1.HRSSC Strategy Planning and Execution
1)Develop and implement strategic plans for the HRSSC, ensuring service standards align with company strategic goals.
2)The launch and implementation, operational maintenance, and updating of the HR system.
3)Salary structure establishment.
2.Service Optimization and Process Improvement
1)Continuously optimize HRSSC service processes to improve service quality and efficiency.
2)Regularly assess HRSSC performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancement measures.
3.Data Analysis and Reporting
1)Collect and analyze HRSSC-related data to provide decision-making support for management.
2)Regularly prepare HRSSC operational reports showcasing service effectiveness and improvement outcomes.
4.HRIS Management
Launch and maintain HR system to ensure operation of system is efficiency.
Education & Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management, or related fields.
2. At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, with 3 years in HRSSC management preferred.
3. Familiarity with the operating model and service processes of HRSSC.
4. Proficient in HR management knowledge, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, etc.
5. Strong data analysis skills, able to use data analysis tools for data processing and analysis.
6. Proficient in HRIS and good at English.
