Qualifications & Requirements 任職資格及要求 Education學歷 - Bachelor Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering - 學士學位及以上，汽車電子或計算機科學及工程等相關專業 Experience工作經驗 - Min. 3 years of working experience about E/E development, project management or quality management in automotive industry 至少3年在汽車行業電子電器系統開發、項目管理或質量管理經驗 - Finish training curriculum with Bosch as safety manager. 完成博世內部對于功能安全經理的培訓課程包 - Familiar with E/E system, Software and Hardware develop process in automotive industry 熟悉汽車行業電子電器系統、軟件及硬件開發流程 - Familiar with ISO 26262, ISO21448, ASPICE, V-model etc. 熟悉ISO 26262, ISO 21448, ASPICE, V模型等汽車行業標準流程 - Familiar with IATF 16949 熟悉IATF 16949質量管理體系 - Familiar with FMEA, FTA, FMEDA 熟悉FMEA, FTA , FMEDA等分析驗證方法 - Working experience in multinational foreign companies preferred 具有跨國企業工作經驗者優先 - Great passion for vehicle electric engineering 對汽車電子工程充滿激情 · Skills 技能 - Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal 良好的英語及普通話書面及口語交流技能。 - Knowledge of German language desirable 具有德語能力者更佳。 - Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a diverse team 有很強的人際交往能力，能在多樣化團隊中工作。 - Ability to follow established procedures, practices and instructions 能夠遵循既定的程序，慣例和指示。 - Excellent computer skills in MS office incl.
