Responsibilities： 1.The supply chain Manager is responsible for facility on defining the supply chain strategy, policies, leading the practices and execution on materials planning, production planning, logistics, and Customs, Warehouse and inventory control, ensuring that the relevant systems and processes comply with the Asia Supply Chain management strategies. Works with team of global and other facilities in company to strengthen the supply chain function, commit to delivery promise with high efficiency and low cost. 2.As a high level relation, implement top management instruction, strategic decision to the supply chain department; well communication between Depts. keep on improving the process and efficiency of the supply chain and the company. 3.This position provides necessary instructions, guidance, mentoring and assistance, as well as audits the performance of each member of Supply chain team members, help and train for their career development. 4.Save company resource and cost. Meet customer expectation. 5.Responsible for defining the department KPIs and continual improvement to meet the KPIs. Requirements: 1.University or above with majoring in Management, Supply Chain management or Economics. 2.At least 8 years work experience in Material control，Logistics, production planning, procurement, warehouse management; Have excellent management skills and problem-solving skills. CSCP is preferred. 3.CET6+,Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 4.Experience in MRP or ERP system logic. Sensitive to data ;Skillful in data analysis. 5.Strong negotiation skills and coordination, fast response. Excellent team player, Able to work under high pressure.
