About LEGOLAND? Shanghai Resort
LEGOLAND? Shanghai Resort is the ultimate LEGO? theme park and hotel destination for families with children aged 2-12. Located in Jinshan, covering approximately 31.8 hectares, the Resort has been invested by JUIG, KIRKBI, Merlin Entertainments and CMC Inc. Operated by Merlin Entertainments, LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort will comprise a LEGOLAND theme park and a themed hotel. LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort will integrate popular LEGOLAND attractions with Chinese traditional culture, Shanghai local features and Jiangnan water town elements, to provide a unique immersive theme park experience for visitors from all over the world.
Scope of Job:
? Manage the design, set-up, and maintenance of E-learning platform.
? Work with the relevant partners to fix the platform daily issues.
? Provide the learning data analytics to drive the learning effectiveness.
? Monitor the platform efficiency and identify the opportunities on the digital learning experience optimization for LLSHR.
? Monitor the annual compliance trainings.
? Support training logistic and other admin related works (like new supplier set-up, payment & contract etc.)
Main Responsibilities
1. Learning Platform
? Identify functional needs based on the understanding of LLSHR learning process and work with IT department and 3rd party to ensure the needs could be met from system perspective.
? Coordinate with internal L&D team members for course materials development, upload, and maintenance.
? Work with 3rd party suppliers to set-up courses and content in the system.
? Work closely with business departments for platform pilot and launching preparation, communication, adjustment, and follow-ups.
? Design new function, tools and other solutions to address ad-hoc urgencies and needs.
? Work with related team/people to maintain the platform effectively.
? Support other initiatives and projects based on needs.
2. Training Delivery
? Facilitate the new employee orientation training.
? Monitor the annual mandatory/compliance training status.
3. Administrative Support
? Support on external vendors management and payment related process.
? Maintain L&D policies and follow-up if needed.
? Support the training/workshop/event logistics.

Requirements
? Solid project management experience and familiar with e-learning platform management.
? Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in training or learning and development function.
? Ideally will have experience working in the resort or customer-orientated industries.
? Positive, result-driven, and have strong communication capability to influence and win the support through collaboration.
? Highly self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced working environment.
? Someone who is interested in working for a fun, dynamic entertainment company.
